Competitive Level 4
The Level 4 Competitive Program at Queen RG in Lake Barrington challenges gymnasts to elevate their artistry, coordination, and athletic discipline. Designed for girls 7 and older, this stage introduces three dynamic routines: floor, rope, and hoop, while deepening performance quality and competitive readiness.

What Level 4 Gymnasts Learn

At this level, gymnasts perform three official routines:

Floor Routine: Showcasing expression, balance, and movement flow.

Rope Routine: Developing timing, quick reaction, and endurance through precise jumps and swings.

Hoop Routine: Introducing continuous apparatus control—rolls, catches, spins, and patterns that build upper-body strength and coordination.
