Giveaway Official Rules and Terms

Please read the following carefully

1. No Purchase Necessary:

• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility:

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Queen Rhythmic Gymnastics and Nishohi, along with their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the giveaway, visit the linked page (also found at page bottom), fill out the entry form with the required information, and submit the form.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• Entries must be received by April 13, 2025 4pm CST

4. Prize Description:

• The prize includes RG equipment. The total approximate retail value of the prize is from $12-85.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be allowed except at the discretion of the sponsor.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

• Twelve (12) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will be held on April 13, 2025.

• The winner will be announced at the end of the competition and notified by email within 2 days of the drawing.

• If the winner does not respond to the notification within 10 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Odds of Winning:

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or tampers with the entry process.

• Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

8. Taxes:

• The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, including any income taxes, that may be applicable to the prize.

9. Privacy:

• By entering, you agree that your personal information may be used by Queen Rhythmic Gymnastics and Nishohi for giveaway administration and marketing purposes.

• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as required by law.

10. Release of Liability:

• By participating, you release and hold harmless Queen Rhythmic Gymnastics, Nishohi, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
